I bought this frozen entree at Fresh & Easy and I didn't like the cranberry glaze sauce, it was too sweet. Everything else was good like the fluffy orzo past, tender chicken and crunchy veggies. I like all the other entrees they have but with this one, I felt like I was eating dessert with the cranberries and glaze. The box says if you're not satisfied, you can get an exchange. I went on the F&E website and wrote them a polite letter telling them what I liked about the product and that I felt the glaze was a little sweet and it doesn't go with the dish. Then I noted that I am a huge fan of the Tikka Massala entree and if I can exchange it for that instead.

In the following weeks, I got a letter in my mailbox with a letter and this high value coupon!
