Lamb Steaks

Got a great deal at the clearance section at Fresh & Easy


I got this free online at Penzeys

I used this Penzeys forward spice to season the lamb steaks

I pan fried it and cut into pieces, it was tasty and tender. Very lean and no gamey taste!
